This project is Natasha’s own home. Her family were looking for a spacious home which they could grow into as their children developed and their needs
changed over time. They also required a home office in which clients would be able to meet.
The site was very steep and would need to be taken into account as part of the design. So a multi-level home was designed so as to best take advantage
of the sites slope and northerly aspect. The garage is on the first level with the master bedroom above the garage. The garage leads up to the
main level of the house which contains the office, sitting room, kitchen & dining/living area. It connects to the swimming pool via the deck
and grassed area. The first floor houses two bedrooms and bathroom and also a multi-purpose room which could be a second living area or fourth
bedroom. The design is a modern boxy style with a rustic industrial twist to suit the Eltham bush setting. The owners love it!
