This existing 1980’s home was tired and dated. However it was on a lovely large treed block and the owners could see the potential of transforming
the house to suit their needs. The design incorporated a small addition, while modernising the floor plan to include an open kitchen, dining and
living area that linked to the outside via a new covered entertaining area.
The final result was completely transformed into a French Provincial style home with all the modern conveniences that are expected in a family home
of the 21 st century. The owners were thrilled with the end result and level of comfort and style that the design delivered.
